my mental game is killing me i shoot real low in my golf tryouts for high school but now in tournaments ive been shooting really high and i start getting really mad anyone have any stratigies

    After I have a frustrated shot, I hum my favorite song or music with up-tempo rhythm. That will change my mood. If I am desperate, I think about my best moment in my life such as best sex, best fun joke you said. Guess you got the point. Then, focus on next shot only.
