      Forget about the bad shot you just had and concentrate on the next shot – dont go round the course a hole at a time – go round the course a shot at a time

      one bad shot can play on your mind for the next few – i tend to think "ok, that wasnt as good as it should have been but the next one will be better"

      easy to say but it does work if you can do it

      that you are in the moment on every shot…there is an old saying in golf…’the most important shot is, the one youre standing over’…that and visualization…seeing the shot where you are about to hit it before you do…and seeing yourself hole putts, before you do…

      The only mental factor in golf is…..playing as well as u know you can to the best of your ability or trying to play as good as u want to. Its all mental either way!

      Be confident,
      but when doing the backswing or about to take your shots don’t think about nothing and just swing naturally. If you think, you won’t do as well.
